Soyata Computers offers a 2 year parts and labor warranty on a brand new computer either purchased through our web site or in our store. The warranty covers all possible hardware failures for monitors and computer components. The warranty on printers and scanners is one year through the manufacturer.
When there is a software problem, and the computer has to be re-formatted, there is an $99 charge. The warranty offered on half-systems configured using our web site or purchased from the store is one year parts only. These are the systems customers purchase to upgrade their existing PCs by using the useful parts inside their old PCs.
